水熱輔助相轉(zhuǎn)移催化水解十二烷基芐氯的研究

【摘要】:采用超聲、微波、水熱、相轉(zhuǎn)移催化等多種方法對n-十二烷基芐氯的堿性水解反應(yīng)進行初步嘗試,其中相轉(zhuǎn)移催化與水熱條件偶合水解獲得了成功。優(yōu)化的工藝條件為:十二烷基二甲基芐基氯化銨為相轉(zhuǎn)移催化劑,在130℃下堿性水熱反應(yīng)16 h,此條件下n-十二烷基芐醇的產(chǎn)率達到93.6%。
[Abstract]:The alkaline hydrolysis of n-dodecyl benzyl chloride was studied by ultrasonic, microwave, hydrothermal and phase transfer catalysis, among which the coupling hydrolysis of n-dodecyl benzyl chloride with hydrothermal conditions was successful.
