生物油加氫脫氧催化劑研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:綜述了幾種生物油加氫脫氧催化劑,包括過渡金屬單質(zhì)為活性組分的催化劑、硫化物催化劑、磷化物催化劑、貴金屬催化劑和碳化物催化劑等。其中,貴金屬催化劑的催化活性最好,但價格昂貴,不適合工業(yè)上大量生產(chǎn)。碳化物催化劑具有與貴金屬相似的電子結(jié)構(gòu)和催化活性,并且價格便宜、穩(wěn)定性好,是生物油加氫脫氧催化劑未來的發(fā)展方向之一。
[Abstract]:Several catalysts for hydrogenation deoxidation of bio-oil, including transition metal catalysts, sulphide catalysts, phosphates catalysts, noble metal catalysts and carbides catalysts, are reviewed in this paper. Among them, noble metal catalyst has the best catalytic activity, but the price is expensive, which is not suitable for industrial mass production. Carbide catalysts have the same electronic structure and catalytic activity as precious metals, and they are cheap and stable, so they are one of the future development directions of bio-oil hydrodeoxidizing catalysts.
