【摘要】：報(bào)道了1種從1,1-二溴乙烯制備端炔的方法,使用便宜易得的四丁基溴化銨(TBAB)、碳酸鉀和三苯基膦為試劑,在含水二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中進(jìn)行反應(yīng)。該反應(yīng)條件溫和、底物適應(yīng)范圍廣、收率高,是傳統(tǒng)Corey-Fuchs反應(yīng)的重要改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:A method for the preparation of acetylene terminal from 1-dibromoethylene was reported in this paper. Tetra Ding Ji ammonium bromide (TBAB), potassium carbonate and triphenylphosphine were used as reagents to react in aqueous dimethyl formamide (DMF). It is an important improvement of Corey-Fuchs reaction with mild reaction conditions, wide substrate adaptation and high yield.
