【摘要】:采用傅里葉紅外光譜儀、差示掃描量熱儀、旋轉(zhuǎn)流變儀等研究對(duì)比未老化尼龍1010(PA1010)及在160℃下熱氧老化48,96,192,384h樣品的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和流變性能的變化。結(jié)果表明:隨著熱氧老化時(shí)間的延長,PA1010發(fā)生降解,主晶區(qū)減小,分子鏈上酰胺鍵和亞甲基也變少,降解產(chǎn)物生成了熔點(diǎn)更低的晶體。但流變結(jié)果中模量曲線在低頻區(qū)出現(xiàn)的平臺(tái)表明老化過程中不但發(fā)生降解反應(yīng),還存在交聯(lián)反應(yīng),復(fù)數(shù)黏度、濁度和凝膠含量的測試進(jìn)一步佐證了這一結(jié)論。
