高溫熱氧老化對尼龍1010結構與性能的影響

【摘要】:采用傅里葉紅外光譜儀、差示掃描量熱儀、旋轉流變儀等研究對比未老化尼龍1010(PA1010)及在160℃下熱氧老化48,96,192,384h樣品的微觀結構和流變性能的變化。結果表明:隨著熱氧老化時間的延長,PA1010發(fā)生降解,主晶區(qū)減小,分子鏈上酰胺鍵和亞甲基也變少,降解產(chǎn)物生成了熔點更低的晶體。但流變結果中模量曲線在低頻區(qū)出現(xiàn)的平臺表明老化過程中不但發(fā)生降解反應,還存在交聯(lián)反應,復數(shù)黏度、濁度和凝膠含量的測試進一步佐證了這一結論。
