包裹BSA的線狀銀為基底探討小檗堿的拉曼光譜

【摘要】:通過拉曼光譜技術測定了液體小檗堿(Berberine)的常規(guī)拉曼光譜(NRS)及表面增強拉曼光譜(SERS),歸屬了拉曼特征峰,并與固體小檗堿的NRS進行對比,發(fā)現特征峰位基本沒變.研究小檗堿與納米銀(Ag-Berberine)、包裹牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的線狀銀(Ag@BSA-Berberine)的拉曼光譜,分析了線性納米銀(Ag)及包裹BSA的線狀銀(Ag@BSA)對小檗堿的吸附模型.結果顯示,線性納米銀對小檗堿、牛血清白蛋白有明顯的拉曼增強效應,增強效應主要在線性納米銀與氨基酸中N的孤電子對、甲氧基中的氧、苯環(huán)中的π電子及異喹啉中的N發(fā)生了吸附作用.對比Ag@BSA-Berberine和Ag-Berberine的特征峰,加了BSA后的拉曼光譜有明顯的減弱,但峰位并沒有移動,但是有BSA修飾的納米銀的小檗堿拉曼光譜有較高的穩(wěn)定性,利于小檗堿的進一步研究.
[Abstract]:The Raman spectroscopy (NRS) and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) were used to determine the Raman spectrum (SERS) of the liquid berberine (Berberine). The Raman spectrum was attributed to the Raman spectrum, and compared with the NRS of the solid berberine, it was found that the characteristics of the berberine were basically unchanged. The linear silver of the berberine and nanomilb (Ag-Berberine) and the bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied. The adsorption model of Berberine by linear silver (Ag) and linear silver (Ag@BSA) wrapped in BSA was analyzed by Raman spectroscopy. The results showed that the linear nano silver had obvious Raman enhancement effect on berberine and bovine serum albumin, and the enhancement effect was mainly on the on-line nano silver and the N in the amino acid and the oxygen in the methoxy group, and the effect of the linear nano silver on the berberine and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was obviously enhanced. The adsorption of N in the pion and isoquinoline in the benzene ring has been adsorbed. Compared with the characteristic peaks of Ag@BSA-Berberine and Ag-Berberine, the Raman spectra after adding BSA are obviously weakened, but the peak position does not move, but the Raman spectra of the berberine with BSA modified nano silver have high stability, which is beneficial to further study of berberine.
