木質素的磺甲基化改性及性能測試

【摘要】:以木質素、過氧化氫和甲醛為原料,亞硫酸氫鈉為磺化劑,通過親核取代反應制得了磺甲基化木質素(SML),考察反應溫度、反應時間、過氧化氫用量和甲醛用量對產(chǎn)物磺化度的影響。通過電導滴定和元素分析法測定了產(chǎn)物的磺化度,并測定了產(chǎn)物的接觸角和表面張力,采用環(huán)境掃描電鏡觀察了磺化前后的形貌。結果表明,制備SML的最佳工藝條件為:反應溫度80℃,磺化時間7 h,甲醛和過氧化氫用量各為木質素質量的36%,在此條件下,產(chǎn)物的S含量由原來的3.02%增加到7.01%,得到了水溶性良好的SML,并且能夠明顯的降低煤水界面的接觸角。
[Abstract]:Using lignin, hydrogen peroxide and formaldehyde as raw materials, sodium bisulfite as sulfonation agent, sulfonated lignin (SML) was prepared by nucleophilic substitution reaction. The reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. Effects of hydrogen peroxide and formaldehyde on sulfonation degree of the product. The sulfonation degree of the product was measured by conductance titration and elemental analysis. The contact angle and surface tension of the product were measured. The morphology before and after sulfonation was observed by environmental scanning electron microscope.
