單波長溶液液膜厚度測量方法

【摘要】:提出基于朗伯-比爾定律的未知質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)尿素水溶液液膜厚度測量方法,選取尿素水溶液吸收率對質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的變化率為0的波數(shù)位置(6 613.25 cm~(-1)),研制單波長半導(dǎo)體激光吸收光譜(DLAS)尿素水溶液液膜厚度測量系統(tǒng)。通過溶液液膜厚度可調(diào)(0~1 mm)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)具對該方法測量精度進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。利用研制的單波長DLAS液膜測量系統(tǒng)對常溫下水平透明石英玻璃板上的尿素水溶液液膜蒸發(fā)過程進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果表明:尿素水溶液液膜厚度測量平均相對誤差約為1.50%,3次重復(fù)性實(shí)驗(yàn)厚度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差小于24.68μm。在液膜蒸發(fā)初期,液膜厚度隨時(shí)間的變化率很大;在蒸發(fā)階段中期,液膜蒸發(fā)速率趨于穩(wěn)定;但在蒸發(fā)階段后期,劇烈的光束轉(zhuǎn)向現(xiàn)象造成了強(qiáng)烈的數(shù)據(jù)波動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:A method for measuring the liquid film thickness of urea aqueous solution with unknown mass fraction based on Lambert-Beer 's law is presented. A single wavelength semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (DLAS) measuring system for measuring the liquid film thickness of urea aqueous solution was developed at the wavelength position of 6 613.25 cm ~ (-1), in which the absorptivity of urea aqueous solution changed to 0 by mass fraction. The accuracy of the method is verified by a standard tool with adjustable liquid film thickness (0 ~ 1 mm). A single wavelength DLAS liquid film measurement system was developed to study the evaporation process of urea aqueous solution film on a horizontal transparent quartz glass plate at room temperature. The results show that the average relative error of measuring the thickness of urea aqueous solution liquid membrane is about 1.50 and 3 times repeatable experiment thickness standard deviation is less than 24.68 渭 m. In the early stage of liquid film evaporation, the thickness of liquid film varies greatly with time; in the middle stage of evaporation, the evaporation rate of liquid film tends to be stable; but in the late stage of evaporation, the intense light beam turning phenomenon results in strong data fluctuation.
