【摘要】：采用粗�；母顸c(diǎn)模型和蒙特卡羅方法,對在三角網(wǎng)格表面通過自組裝形成了謝爾賓斯基三角分形結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了模擬研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),對稱和非對稱基元都可以自發(fā)形成謝爾賓斯基三角分形結(jié)構(gòu),然而對于非對稱分子的對映異構(gòu)體的混合物,由于大量的具有競爭性的三元節(jié)點(diǎn)的出現(xiàn),很難形成更高階的分形結(jié)構(gòu)。我們還發(fā)現(xiàn),分形結(jié)構(gòu)在表面覆蓋度低的時(shí)候才會出現(xiàn),而且對溫度較為敏感。此外,為了檢測是否可以通過分子設(shè)計(jì)來控制組裝途徑和結(jié)果,我們通過使用與組裝基元不同的模板來實(shí)現(xiàn)對自組裝過程和結(jié)果的控制。其中,模板作為"催組劑"誘導(dǎo)自組裝,但不會出現(xiàn)在最終的組裝結(jié)構(gòu)中。
[Abstract]:The lattice model of coarse granulation and Monte Carlo method are used to simulate the formation of Schelbinski triangular fractal structure on the surface of triangular mesh by self-assembly. It is found that both symmetric and asymmetric elements can spontaneously form Schelbinski trigonometric fractal structure. However, for mixtures of enantiomers of asymmetric molecules, due to the presence of a large number of competitive ternary nodes, It is difficult to form higher-order fractal structures. We also find that the fractal structure only appears when the surface coverage is low and is sensitive to temperature. In addition, in order to detect whether the molecular design can control the assembly path and results, we control the self-assembly process and results by using different templates from the assembly unit. The template acts as a "catalyst" to induce self-assembly, but does not appear in the final assembly structure.
