碳點(diǎn)熒光探針的制備及其在食品分析中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:碳點(diǎn)作為一種新型熒光碳納米材料,具有優(yōu)良的光學(xué)性能和小尺寸特性,以及良好的生物相容性、低毒性以及易于實(shí)現(xiàn)表面功能化等特點(diǎn),是潛在的可以代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)半導(dǎo)體量子點(diǎn)等熒光探針的良好選擇;谄洫(dú)特的熒光特性和高靈敏度,碳點(diǎn)熒光探針在食品分析領(lǐng)域具有很好的應(yīng)用潛力。本文對(duì)近年來熒光碳點(diǎn)的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述,簡述碳點(diǎn)的性能并對(duì)碳點(diǎn)的制備方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)對(duì)比,重點(diǎn)介紹了碳點(diǎn)熒光探針在食品分析領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,對(duì)目前碳點(diǎn)應(yīng)用的限制進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)其發(fā)展前景和展望。
[Abstract]:As a new fluorescent carbon nanomaterials, carbon dots have excellent optical properties and small size properties, as well as good biocompatibility, low toxicity and easy to realize surface functionalization. It is a potential alternative to traditional semiconductor quantum dots and other fluorescent probes. Based on its unique fluorescence characteristics and high sensitivity, carbon spot fluorescence probe has a good application potential in food analysis. In this paper, the research progress of fluorescent carbon points in recent years is reviewed. The properties of carbon spots and the preparation methods of carbon spots are summarized and compared. The application of carbon spot fluorescent probes in food analysis is emphasized. The limitation of carbon point application is analyzed, and its development prospect and prospect are also discussed.
