不同生長期留蘭香精油含量與品質(zhì)評價

【摘要】:按照ISO6571-2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法對不同生長期南京產(chǎn)留蘭香的精油含量進(jìn)行測定,并利用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)(GC-MS)對精油成分進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),從6月到10月,留蘭香精油含量先升高后降低,8月末最高,達(dá)3.95%;從精油得率的角度考慮,8月下旬到9月中旬為最佳采收期。精油主要成分為香芹酮(約60%~70%)和檸檬烯(約20%~35%);除個別時期外,香芹酮含量符合ISO3033國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,檸檬烯含量高于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。此外含量較高的成分還有蒎烯(0.7%~1.38%),左旋-β-蒎烯(0.77%~1.58%),月桂烯(0.62%~1.27%),L-薄荷酮(0.67%~1.56%)等。以上結(jié)果為南京產(chǎn)留蘭香的開發(fā)利用提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:According to ISO6571-2008 standard method, the essential oil content in different growing periods of Chinese Cartholae in Nanjing was determined, and the components of essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS. The content of essential oil was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that from June to October, the content of essential oil increased first and then decreased to 3.95, and from the point of view of the yield of essential oil, the best harvest period was from late August to mid-September. The main components of essential oil are carvone (about 60%) and limonene (about 20%), except for a few periods, the content of carvone conforms to the international standard ISO 3033, and the content of limonene is higher than the standard value. In addition, the higher contents of pinene (0.7%), L-尾 -pinene (0.77%), lauryl (0.62%) and menthone (0.671.56%) were also found. The above results provide the basis for the development and utilization of Chinese lucifera produced in Nanjing.
