沙棘油中多元素的電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜分析

【摘要】:建立正己烷稀釋沙棘油,電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法(ICP-MS)測(cè)定其中Na、Mg、Si、P、K、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Sr 18種無(wú)機(jī)元素含量的分析方法。易揮發(fā)有機(jī)溶劑直接進(jìn)樣,會(huì)增加等離子體的負(fù)載,同時(shí)會(huì)在炬管和質(zhì)譜錐上形成積炭,選擇最佳儀器工作參數(shù)并采用加氧除炭,維持了等離子體的正常穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。針對(duì)測(cè)定過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的質(zhì)譜干擾,利用碰撞反應(yīng)池技術(shù)進(jìn)行校正。選擇多元素內(nèi)標(biāo)溶液消除了基體效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:該方法的檢出限在0.17~61.33ng/g之間,樣品的加標(biāo)回收率為92.10%~103.50%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)小于等于4.09%。沙棘油中富含大量人體必需的Na、P、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn等營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素。方法采用正己烷稀釋沙棘油后直接進(jìn)行測(cè)定,具有樣品處理簡(jiǎn)單、操作快速、檢出限低、準(zhǔn)確性好等特點(diǎn),可用于沙棘油中多元素的快速分析。
[Abstract]:An inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method for the determination of 18 inorganic elements in Nahmg-SiP- (K) (K _ (+) C _ (+) (n) -hexane diluted seabuckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) oil by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) has been developed. The direct injection of volatile organic solvent increases the plasma load and coals on the torch tube and mass spectrometric cone. The optimum instrument parameters are selected and the oxygen is added to remove the carbon to maintain the normal and stable operation of the plasma. The collision reaction cell technique was used to correct the mass spectrum interference. The matrix effect was eliminated by selecting multi-element internal standard solution. The results showed that the detection limit of the method was between 0.17~61.33ng/g and the recoveries of the samples were 92.10 ~ 103.50 and the relative standard deviation was less than or equal to 4.09. Hippophae rhamnoides oil is rich in a large amount of essential nutrients, such as Nahophane, Mg-Mg-Mn-Mn-Zn, and so on. Methods using n-hexane to dilute the oil of Hippophae rhamnoides, the method has the advantages of simple sample treatment, rapid operation, low detection limit and good accuracy. It can be used for the rapid analysis of multi-elements in seabuckthorn oil.
