TS-1分子篩的合成及其催化性能

【摘要】:TS-1分子篩作為一個重要的綠色催化劑在工業(yè)應(yīng)用上極具優(yōu)勢和價值。八十年代以來,大量科研工作者為了降低TS-1分子篩的合成成本,改善鈦的配位狀態(tài),獲得廉價高性能的TS-1分子篩做了大量的工作,取得了出色的成績,擴(kuò)展了TS-1分子篩在工業(yè)上的應(yīng)用價值。本文在前人的研究工作基礎(chǔ)上,從廉價合成路線出發(fā),通過的合成配方的調(diào)控和步驟的控制,采用較為廉價的四丙基溴化銨(TPABr)部分取代四丙基氫氧化銨(TPAOH)作為模板劑,并控制總的TPA+使用量,成功合成得到結(jié)晶度相對較好的微米級板塊狀TS-1分子篩(Brick TS-1)。這種微米級的Brick TS-1晶粒為單晶,在十元環(huán)直形孔道所在的b軸方向較薄,對于發(fā)生于直形孔道內(nèi)的反應(yīng)具有較小的傳質(zhì)阻力,有利于提高微米尺寸的TS-1分子篩的催化效果。在此基礎(chǔ)上本文通過適量的NaOH部分取代TPAOH對合成得到的BrickTS-1進(jìn)行廉價的后處理改性,生成大量介孔的同時避免了Ti的中毒,且在板塊表面具有更高的Ti的含量,獲得了較高的催化性能。同時我們嘗試在TS-1分子篩的合成溶膠中加入少量的蔗糖,獲得了尺寸相對較小的晶化較好的Brick TS-1分子篩樣品,其催化性能與傳統(tǒng)合成方法得到的納米級TS-1分子篩基本一致。我們也嘗試進(jìn)行Al-TS-1的合成和研究。這些都豐富了TS-1分子篩的廉價合成方法,促進(jìn)了TS-1分子篩的廉價化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an important green catalyst, TS-1 molecular sieve has great advantage and value in industrial application. In order to reduce the cost of synthesis of TS-1 molecular sieve and improve the coordination state of titanium, a large number of researchers have done a lot of work since 1980s to obtain TS-1 molecular sieve with low cost and high performance. The application value of TS-1 molecular sieve in industry is expanded. In this paper, based on the previous research work, based on the cheap synthesis route, the cheap tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPABr) partially substituted tetrapropylammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) was used as the template through the regulation of the synthesis formula and the control of the steps. Under the control of the total amount of TPA, the relatively good crystallinity of micrometer TS-1 molecular sieve Brick TS-1 was obtained. The micron Brick TS-1 grain is a single crystal, which is thin in the direction of b axis in the straight channel of ten member ring, and has smaller mass transfer resistance to the reaction occurring in the straight channel, which is helpful to improve the catalytic effect of TS-1 molecular sieve with micron size. On this basis, the synthesized BrickTS-1 was modified by partial substitution of TPAOH with proper amount of NaOH, which resulted in the formation of a large number of mesoporous cells and the prevention of Ti poisoning, and the higher Ti content on the surface of the plate. High catalytic performance was obtained. At the same time, we tried to add a small amount of sucrose to the synthesis sol of TS-1 molecular sieve, and obtained BTSK-1molecular sieve samples with relatively small size and better crystallization. The catalytic activity of these samples was basically the same as that obtained by the traditional synthesis method of TS-1 molecular sieve. We also try to synthesize and study Al-TS-1. All these have enriched the cheap synthesis method of TS-1 molecular sieve and promoted the development of TS-1 molecular sieve's cheap synthesis.
