生物膜層干涉技術在生物分子分析和檢測中應用的研究進展

【摘要】:生物膜層干涉技術是基于光干涉信號實現(xiàn)對生物分子動力學分析或快速檢測的非標記分析檢測技術。因具有實時提供分析物信息、分析速度快和樣品耗量少等優(yōu)點,該技術已被應用于蛋白質(zhì)、核酸、脂質(zhì)、糖類及其他生物分子之間相互作用的分析;所需樣品量少、特異性強等優(yōu)點也為該技術應用于快速檢測奠定了基礎。該文介紹了生物膜層干涉技術的基本原理,綜述了其在動力學分析和快速檢測領域的相關應用研究,并對其發(fā)展趨勢和應用前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Biofilm interferometry is a non-marker analysis and detection technique for biomolecular dynamics analysis or rapid detection based on optical interference signals. Because of its advantages of providing real-time analysis information, fast analysis speed and low sample consumption, the technology has been applied to the analysis of interactions between proteins, nucleic acids, lipids, sugars and other biomolecules. The advantages of strong specificity also laid a foundation for the application of this technique in rapid detection. In this paper, the basic principle of biofilm interferometry is introduced, and its application in the field of kinetic analysis and rapid detection is reviewed. The development trend and application prospect of biofilm interferometry are also prospected.
