改性beta分子篩催化苯和甲醇制甲苯反應的研究

【摘要】:我們主要對beta型分子篩進行堿處理、酸處理、離子交換改性以及堿土金屬的負載,來比較不同催化劑催化苯和甲醇烷基化制甲苯的催化性能,使用鼓泡式進料,在低能耗條件下,系統(tǒng)地考察了不同反應條件對該反應的影響.采用N_2-吸脫附、X-射線衍射分析、掃描電鏡、熱重分析等表征手段對催化劑晶相及表面酸性等進行表征.研究表明:beta分子篩先經(jīng)弱酸于70℃下處理1 h,然后再經(jīng)銨離子交換多次,最終負載堿土金屬La,所制得的催化劑積炭量有效降低,且催化性能良好.收率大小順序為:La-H-betaH-betabetaOH-beta.
[Abstract]:We compared the catalytic performance of different catalysts for alkylation of benzene and methanol to toluene by alkali treatment, acid treatment, ion exchange modification and alkali earth metal loading. Under the condition of low energy consumption, the effects of different reaction conditions on the reaction were systematically investigated. The crystal phase and surface acidity of the catalyst were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
