分離自木霉菌Trichoderma sp.的新型化合物Trichoderol A及絕對(duì)構(gòu)型的確定

【摘要】:采用經(jīng)典柱色譜方法從土壤真菌木霉菌Trichoderma sp.中分離得到1個(gè)新的化合物,為長(zhǎng)鏈不飽和醇類(lèi).運(yùn)用核磁共振及質(zhì)譜等手段確定了化合物的平面結(jié)構(gòu),再結(jié)合電子圓二色譜(ECD)、旋光(OR)及量子化學(xué)方法計(jì)算確定其絕對(duì)構(gòu)型.結(jié)果表明,該新化合物為T(mén)richoderol A(1).活性測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,該化合物對(duì)3株致病菌具有一定程度的抗菌活性(MIC=25μmol/L).
[Abstract]:Trichoderma sp. from soil fungi Trichoderma sp. by classical column chromatography. A new compound, long chain unsaturated alcohols, was isolated. The planar structure of the compound was determined by means of NMR and MS, and the absolute configuration was determined by means of electron circular dichroism (ECD), optical rotation (ORO) and quantum chemical method. The results showed that the new compound was Trichoderol Acari. The results of activity test showed that the compound had a certain degree of antimicrobial activity against three strains of pathogenic bacteria, MIC25 渭 mol 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1).
