二萘并噻咯的合成及性能(英文)

【摘要】:合成了一類新的二萘并噻咯類化合物,它們分別是6,6-二甲基-1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-八丙基二萘并噻咯、6,6-二甲基-1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-八丁基二萘并噻咯、6,6-二苯基-1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-八丙基二萘并噻咯和6,6-二苯基-1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-八丁基二萘并噻咯。合成以炔烴為原料,在二氯二茂鋯的誘導(dǎo)作用下生成鋯雜環(huán)戊二烯,再與鹵代苯發(fā)生偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)得到二碘萘,兩分子二碘萘經(jīng)正丁基鋰鋰化之后又可以反應(yīng)生成一分子聯(lián)萘,最后聯(lián)萘與硅雜物反應(yīng)得到不同取代基的二萘并噻咯類化合物。此合成方法不僅收率高,而且工藝簡單。之后我們又采用核磁以及質(zhì)譜對這幾個分子進(jìn)行了表征,采用紫外-可見光譜測試、熒光測試、循環(huán)伏安測試、熱重分析測試以及高斯計算,對它們的光學(xué)性能、電化學(xué)性能、穩(wěn)定性等進(jìn)行了測試。實驗結(jié)果表明它們有著相似的光吸收帶以及很低的HOMO值(-5.50 eV)。它們的熱分解溫度都在300°C左右,表明它們有良好的熱穩(wěn)定性。最后,我們用6,6-二甲基-1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-八丁基二萘并噻咯做為發(fā)光層制作了電致發(fā)光器件,該器件可以發(fā)明亮的藍(lán)紫光。
[Abstract]:A new class of dinaphthylthiothioate compounds was synthesized. They are 6o 6- dimethyl-1o 2o 2o 3H 3N 4N 8101010C, octapropyl dinaphthalene 6N 6, dimethyl dithiothiobenzene (DDP) 6N 1011- 8 Ding Ji dinaphthalene 61011- diphenylidenyl dithiothiolane, octapropyl dinaphthalene, and 6o 6 diphenyl 6 diphenyl dimethyl-12 dinaphthalene, octapropyldinaphthalene and octapropyl dinaphthalene, respectively. Zirconium heterocyclopentadiene was synthesized from alkynes and induced by zirconium dichloropentadiene, and then coupled with halogenated benzene to give diiodonaphthalene. After lithiation of diiodide naphthalene, two molecules of diiodonaphthalene can be reacted to produce a molecular binaphthalene. Finally, binaphthalene reacted with silicon to obtain disubstituted dinaphthalenothiothioate compounds with different substituents. This method not only has high yield, but also has a simple process. And then we used NMR and MS to characterize the molecules, using UV-Vis, fluorescence, cyclic voltammetry, thermogravimetric analysis and Gao Si calculations to characterize the optical and electrochemical properties of these molecules. The stability was tested. The experimental results show that they have similar absorption bands and a very low Homo value of -5.50 EV. Their thermal decomposition temperatures are about 300 擄C, indicating that they have good thermal stability. Finally, we have fabricated an electroluminescent device using 6 ~ (6) -dimethyl ~ (-1) dimethyl ~ (2) C _ (2) C _ (3) C _ (3) C _ (10) C _ (10) C _ (10) C _ (10) Ding Ji _ (11) -8 Ding Ji dinaphthalenothiacol as the luminescent layer.
