【摘要】:介紹了GC-MS和LC-MS中基質(zhì)效應(yīng)的產(chǎn)生機理,分析了易受基質(zhì)效應(yīng)影響的農(nóng)藥,同時闡述了補償GC-MS和LC-MS的基質(zhì)效應(yīng)時一些常用的、效果較好的方法。通過分析,總結(jié)出含有P=O、-O-CO-NH-、OH、R-NH-、-N=、-NH-CO-NH-等基團的農(nóng)藥通常表現(xiàn)出較強的基質(zhì)效應(yīng)。GC-MS和LC-MS中均常用的補償基質(zhì)效應(yīng)的方法有基質(zhì)凈化法、同位素標(biāo)記法、基質(zhì)匹配校準(zhǔn)法。GC-MS中也常使用加入分析保護劑法。
[Abstract]:The generation mechanism of matrix effect in GC-MS and LC-MS is introduced, and the pesticide which is easily affected by matrix effect is analyzed. At the same time, some commonly used and effective methods for compensating matrix effect of GC-MS and LC-MS are described. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the methods of compensating matrix effect commonly used in the pesticide containing the groups such as PnH-CO-O-CO-NH-OHH, R-NH-NH-NH-CO-NH- and other groups are matrix purification method, isotope labeling method, which are commonly used in both GC-MS and LC-MS. The matrix matching calibration method. GC-MS is also used by adding analytical protectants.
