【摘要】：目的:建立測定利心丸中毛蕊花糖苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為ZORBAX SB-Aq,流動(dòng)相為乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(16∶84,V/V),流速為1.0 ml/min,檢測波長為334 nm,柱溫為30℃,進(jìn)樣量為10μl。結(jié)果:毛蕊花糖苷檢測進(jìn)樣量線性范圍為0.254 4~1.526 4μg(r=0.999 7);定量限為1.358 6μg/ml,檢測限為0.407 6μg/ml;精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD2%;加樣回收率為95.06%~97.31%(RSD=1.05%,n=6)。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡便、結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,適用于測定利心丸中毛蕊花糖苷的含量。
