八仙花葉中環(huán)烯醚萜類化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定

【摘要】:目的對(duì)八仙花Hydrangea macrophylla葉的化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行研究。方法采用硅膠柱色譜、ODS柱色譜和HPLC等方法進(jìn)行分離純化,并通過1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波譜學(xué)技術(shù)確定化合物結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果從八仙花葉提取物中分離得到11個(gè)環(huán)烯醚萜類化合物,分別鑒定為斷馬錢子苷乙基甲基縮醛(1)、斷馬錢子苷二甲基縮醛(2)、斷氧化馬錢子苷(3)、7-去氧馬錢子酸(4)、馬錢子酸(5)、8-表馬錢子苷(6)、馬錢子苷(7)、7-脫氫馬錢子苷(8)、獐牙菜苷(9)、表斷馬錢子苷半縮醛內(nèi)酯(10)、斷馬錢子苷半縮醛內(nèi)酯(11)。結(jié)論化合物1為新化合物,命名為八仙花葉苷;衔3、8為八仙花屬植物中首次分離得到。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the chemical constituents of Hydrangea macrophylla leaves. Methods the compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography with ODS column and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were determined by 1H-NMR13C-NMRMS and other spectroscopic techniques. Results Eleven iridoid terpenoids were isolated from the extract of Euphorbia chinensis leaves. They were identified as rhinoside ethylmethyl acetal, brucinoside dimethylacetal, brucine dimethylacetal, nestin oxide, rhinoside 3, 7, deoxybrucinic acid, brucine, rhinoside, 77-dihydrobutenoside, Swertia, respectively, identified as rhinoside ethylmethyl acetal, rhinoside 77-dimethylbutenoacetal, strychnine, dihydrobutenoside, and dihydrobutenoside, respectively. Brucinidin hemiacetalactone was 10% and brucine hemiacetal lactone was 11%. Conclusion compound 1 is a new compound named octopodium anthocyanin. Compound 3 ~ (8) was isolated for the first time from the genus Euphorbia.
