【摘要】:目的:建立電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法(ICP-AES法)測定茶包中總鋁及水溶性鋁含量。方法:樣品經(jīng)微波消解消化處理,采用ICP-AES法測定茶包中總鋁及水溶性鋁含量,樣品導(dǎo)入泵速30 r·min~(-1),功率1 100 W,等離子氣流量15.0 L·min~(-1),輔助氣流量1.5 L·min~(-1),霧化器壓力200 k Pa,載氣為高純氬氣,以內(nèi)標(biāo)法計(jì)算,選擇待測元素鋁波長為396.152 nm,內(nèi)標(biāo)鈧波長為361.383 nm。結(jié)果:ICP-AES法測定茶包中鋁元素,線性范圍為0~25 mg·L~(-1)(校準(zhǔn)曲線相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.999 7);加樣回收率平均值(n=9)為95.6%,RSD為1.3%;檢測限為0.6 mg·kg~(-1);重復(fù)性RSD為1.3%(n=6);總鋁含量范圍為117~1 046 mg·kg~(-1),水溶性鋁含量范圍為36~367 mg·kg~(-1)。結(jié)論:本法適用于茶包中總鋁及水溶性鋁的含量測定。第1次沖泡的茶水中鋁含量較高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) method for the determination of total aluminum and water soluble aluminum in tea bags. Methods: the samples were digested by microwave and the contents of total aluminum and water soluble aluminum in tea bags were determined by ICP-AES. The pump speed is 30 r / min ~ (-1), the power is 1 100 W, the plasma flow rate is 15.0 L / min ~ (-1), the auxiliary gas flow rate is 1.5 L / min ~ (-1), the atomizer pressure is 200 k / a, the carrier gas is high purity argon, the internal standard method is used to calculate the internal standard method, the wavelength of aluminum is 396.152 nm, and the wavelength of internal standard scandium is 361.383 nm. Results the linear range for the determination of aluminum in tea bags was 0 ~ (25) mg / L ~ (-1) (calibration curve correlation coefficient r ~ (0.999 ~ 7). The average recovery was 95.6m ~ (-1); the detection limit was 0.6 mg 路kg ~ (-1) ~ (-1); the RSD was 1.3n ~ (-1); the repeatability was 1.3n ~ (6); the range of total aluminum content was 117 ~ (10) ~ (46) mg 路kg ~ (-1) ~ (-1) and the range of water-soluble aluminum was 36 ~ 367 mg 路kg ~ (-1) ~ (-1). Conclusion: this method is suitable for the determination of total aluminum and water soluble aluminum in tea bags. The aluminum content in the tea water brewed for the first time was higher.
