過氧化環(huán)己酮化學(xué)性質(zhì)及其對苯并噻唑硫醚氧化反應(yīng)的研究

【摘要】:有機過氧化物是較溫和且低毒的有機氧化劑,在非水體系各類底物氧化中發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用,過氧化環(huán)己酮作為一種油溶性氧化劑,可以在無催化劑條件下選擇性氧化苯并噻唑硫醚,氧化產(chǎn)物苯并噻唑亞砜可以作為一些天然化合物分子全合成的前驅(qū)體。本文選擇過氧化環(huán)己酮為氧化劑,以苯并噻唑硫醚為底物進行硫醚選擇性氧化的研究。用雙氧水在酸性條件下制備固體過氧化環(huán)己酮,通過間接碘量法測得其主要活性含量達91%,通過IR、NMR認證了其主要活性物質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)。以過氧化環(huán)己酮為氧化劑,反應(yīng)體系中不添加任何催化劑,45℃條件下對苯并噻唑硫醚進行選擇性氧化,發(fā)現(xiàn)苯并噻唑硫醚被選擇性氧化為苯并噻唑亞砜,選擇性接近100%,底物中烯烴雙建和雜環(huán)中硫和氮雜原子都未參與反應(yīng)。然后考察了反應(yīng)溶劑、反應(yīng)溫度以及不同氧化劑對反應(yīng)的影響,并對過氧化環(huán)己酮氧化硫醚的機理做了進一步的探索。通過1H-NMR、13C-NMR和MS對產(chǎn)物苯并噻唑亞砜進行了結(jié)構(gòu)認證。
[Abstract]:Organic peroxide is a mild and low toxic organic oxidant, which plays a more and more important role in the oxidation of various substrates in non-aqueous systems. Cyclohexanone peroxide is an oil-soluble oxidant. Benzothiazolyl sulfoxide can be selectively oxidized without catalyst. The oxidation product benzothiazolyl sulfoxide can be used as a precursor for the full synthesis of some natural compounds. The selective oxidation of benzothiazolyl sulfide with cyclohexanone peroxide as oxidant was studied in this paper. Cyclohexanone peroxide was prepared from hydrogen peroxide under acidic conditions. The main active content of cyclohexanone peroxide was determined by indirect iodine method. The structure of its main active substance was confirmed by IR NMR. Using cyclohexanone peroxide as oxidant, benzothiazolyl sulfide was selectively oxidized to benzothiazole sulfoxide at 45 鈩,
