【摘要】:以環(huán)梯形聚苯基硅倍半氧烷(CL-PPSQ)為原料,采用HNO_3-(CH_3CO)_2O硝化體系,在不同的條件下對其進行硝化,制備得到含硝基基團的NO_2-PPSQ.使用GPC、TGA、~1H NMR、FTIR、元素分析等測試手段對硝化產(chǎn)物進行表征.結(jié)果表明,75%HNO_3-(CH_3CO)_2O硝化過程溫和,硝化能力適中,制備得到分子鏈不斷裂且實現(xiàn)了苯基完全一硝化的硝化產(chǎn)物.對不同硝化試劑的硝化機理進行了分析,在發(fā)煙硝酸、HNO_3-H_2SO_4、KNO_3-H_2SO_4中,NO_2~+為硝化活化劑,硝化能力強,會導致CL-PPSQ分子鏈斷裂;對于HNO_3-(CH_3CO)_2O體系,CH_3COONO_2為主要的硝化活化劑,硝化能力適中.
[Abstract]:The nitration of CL-PPSQs containing nitro groups was carried out by nitration of CL-PPSQs with HNO_3-(CH_3CO)_2O nitration system under different conditions, and the nitro groups were synthesized from CL-PPSQs containing nitro groups. The nitrifying products were characterized by GPC-TGA 1H NMR-FTIR and elemental analysis. The results showed that the nitrification process was mild, the nitrification ability was moderate, and the molecular chain was not broken and the complete phenyl mononitration was realized. The nitrification mechanism of different nitrifying reagents was analyzed. In HNO3-H2SO4 / KNO3-H2SO4, the nitrification activator was found to be the nitrifying activator, and the nitrification ability was strong, which led to the CL-PPSQ molecular chain break, and for the HNO_3-(CH_3CO)_2O system, CH3COONOsp2 was the main nitrification activator and the nitrification ability was moderate.
