采用X射線吸收光譜表征單原子催化劑:至關重要與持久挑戰(zhàn)(英文)

【摘要】:X射線吸收光譜(XAS)可為負載型單中心(單原子或單核金屬絡合物)催化劑的結構和電子特性提供重要信息.雖然XAS技術可表征真實反應條件下、無需長程有序結構的催化劑,并且可提供對于負載型單中心催化劑非常重要的金屬-載體界面信息;但是它給出的信息是包括與催化有關或無關的所有負載型金屬物種的平均信息.負載型催化劑的準確表征具有長期挑戰(zhàn)性,也限制了我們準確地理解催化劑的構效關系.為了更好地利用XAS表征技術,深入研究催化劑的構效關系,并最終用其指導設計開發(fā)出高效的催化劑,制備具有均一結構活性位的負載型單中心催化劑,并采用XAS及相關技術對其表征至關重要.本文列舉了一些實例以說明XAS在表征具有均一結構活性位的負載型單中心催化劑方面的能力,以及XAS如何與其他技術(如掃描透射電子顯微鏡和紅外光譜)互補,為以分子篩和金屬-有機骨架材料為載體而制得的具有均一結構活性位的負載型單中心催化劑提供原子尺度的信息.
[Abstract]:X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) can provide important information for the structure and electronic properties of supported mono-center (monoatomic or mononuclear metal complex) catalysts. Although the XAS technique can characterize the catalyst without long order structure under the real reaction conditions, it can provide the metal-carrier interface information which is very important for the supported single-center catalyst. But it gives information that includes the average information for all supported metal species that are or are not related to catalysis. The accurate characterization of supported catalysts is challenging for a long time, which limits us to understand the structure-activity relationship of catalysts accurately. In order to make better use of XAS characterization technology, the structure-activity relationship of the catalyst was deeply studied, and finally, the highly efficient catalyst was designed and developed with its guidance, and the supported single-center catalyst with homogeneous active site was prepared. XAS and related techniques are very important for its characterization. Examples are given to illustrate the ability of XAS to characterize supported monocentric catalysts with homogeneous active sites, and how XAS complements other techniques, such as scanning transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. It provides atom-scale information for the supported monocentral catalysts with homogeneous active sites prepared from molecular sieves and metal-organic skeleton materials.
