含氟丙烯酸酯改性水性硝化纖維乳液的制備及其性能

【摘要】:以硝化纖維(NC)、異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(IPDI)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEMA)、全氟辛基乙基丙烯酸酯(FA)、三乙胺(TEA)為主要原料,采用自乳化法制備含氟丙烯酸酯改性水性硝化纖維乳液(WNC)。通過傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FTIR)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)、納米粒度儀、動態(tài)流變儀以及視頻光學(xué)接觸角測定儀對所制乳液及薄膜進行了結(jié)構(gòu)和性能表征,并考察了單體聚合溫度、n(AA)∶n(HEMA)、含氟丙烯酸酯質(zhì)量分數(shù)(占反應(yīng)物AA、HEMA、NC、IPDI總質(zhì)量的百分數(shù))對乳液及其薄膜性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,所得WNC乳液性能穩(wěn)定,乳液膠粒呈球形,具有核-殼結(jié)構(gòu)。當(dāng)單體聚合溫度為60℃,n(AA)∶n(HEMA)=3∶1,含氟丙烯酸酯用量為1.0%時,所得乳液粒徑較小且分布窄,平均粒徑和分散系數(shù)分別是54 nm和0.023;改性后的乳液薄膜吸水率降低至2.0%,薄膜接觸角增加至120°,相比較未改性的WNC乳液,改性后的WNC乳液薄膜具有優(yōu)異的耐水性。
[Abstract]:The waterborne nitrocellulose emulsion containing fluoroacrylate modified by self-emulsification was prepared with nitrocellulose (NCU), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), acrylic acid (AA), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA), perfluorooctyl ethyl acrylate (PFOA) and triethylamine (TEAA) as main raw materials. The structure and properties of the emulsion and film were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscope (TEM), nano-particle size meter, dynamic rheometer and video optical contact angle tester. The effects of monomer polymerization temperature and mass fraction of fluoroacrylate on the properties of emulsion and film were investigated.
