麻竹筍筍殼醋酸木質(zhì)素結(jié)構(gòu)特性及抗氧化性

【摘要】:采用醋酸法提取大葉麻竹筍筍殼中木質(zhì)素,并對(duì)得到的醋酸木質(zhì)素進(jìn)行表面微觀特性、結(jié)晶特性、熱穩(wěn)定性、吸濕特性及抗氧化能力測(cè)定,同時(shí)與相同來源的纖維殘?jiān)痛稚攀忱w維進(jìn)行對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,醋酸木質(zhì)素表面呈球形且結(jié)構(gòu)粗糙多孔,以無定形結(jié)構(gòu)存在,熱穩(wěn)定性較好,最大失重速率為0.34%/℃,吸濕率較低(5.21%)。DPPH自由基清除能力和亞鐵離子還原能力(FRAP)測(cè)定結(jié)果表明,醋酸木質(zhì)素抗氧化能力高于人工合成的抗氧化劑BHT,其ABTS自由基清除能力與BHT相當(dāng),無顯著差異。并且醋酸木質(zhì)素的抗氧化能力顯著高于相同來源的纖維殘?jiān)痛稚攀忱w維。
[Abstract]:The lignin was extracted from the bamboo shoot shell by acetic acid method, and the surface microcosmic, crystallization, thermal stability, moisture absorption and antioxidation ability of the obtained lignin were measured. At the same time, it was compared with fiber residue and crude dietary fiber from the same source.
