木豆葉HPLC指紋圖譜建立及2種成分測定

【摘要】:目的建立木豆Cajanus cajan(L.)Millsp.葉HPLC指紋圖譜,并測定葒草苷和木犀草素的含有量。方法木豆葉65%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色譜柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以甲醇-1%醋酸為流動相,梯度洗脫;體積流量1.0 m L/min;柱溫25℃;檢測波長260 nm。結(jié)果 10批樣品(S1~S10)HPLC指紋圖譜中有21個共有峰,除S3(0.516)外,其相似度均大于0.950。葒草苷和木犀草素分別在0.089 5~3.960μg和0.015 5~0.408μg范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線性關(guān)系,平均加樣回收率分別為99.43%(RSD=1.32%)和98.50%(RSD=0.82%),3個產(chǎn)地(廣東、云南、海南)樣品中2種成分含有量有明顯差異。結(jié)論該方法簡單準確,重復(fù)性好,可用于木豆葉的質(zhì)量控制。
