蠶絲纖維增強聚乳酸體系中柱晶的形成及結構分析

【摘要】:采用溶液法制備聚乳酸(PLA)薄膜,并利用偏光顯微鏡在線研究了不同溫度及不同牽引速率下,單根蠶絲纖維(SF)誘導PLA柱晶的形成,并利用顯微紅外光譜表征柱晶結構.結果表明,當牽引速率大于或等于臨界速率時,纖維表面有連續(xù)的柱晶生成,反之柱晶不連續(xù);當牽引速率大于臨界飽和速率時,柱晶的結晶度和取向度分別趨于穩(wěn)定值;在等溫條件下,隨著牽引速率的增大,柱晶的成核誘導期縮短,晶體的成核密度增大,取向度增加;當牽引速率一定時,與130℃相比,溫度為120℃時形成柱晶的成核誘導期較短,成核密度更大,結晶度更高,柱晶層的生長更快.
[Abstract]:Polylactic acid (PLA) thin films were prepared by solution method. The formation of PLA columnar crystals induced by single silk fiber SFs at different temperatures and different drawing rates was investigated by polarizing microscope. The columnar structure was characterized by microinfrared spectroscopy. The results show that when the traction rate is greater than or equal to the critical rate, there are continuous columnar crystals on the fiber surface, whereas the columnar crystals are discontinuous when the traction rate is greater than the critical saturation rate, and the crystallinity and orientation degree of the columnar crystals tend to be stable when the traction rate is greater than the critical saturation rate. Under isothermal condition, with the increase of traction rate, the nucleation induction period of columnar crystal is shortened, the nucleation density of crystal increases and the orientation degree increases, and when the traction rate is constant, the nucleation induction period of columnar crystal increases, compared with 130 鈩,
