【摘要】:為更加準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)價(jià)低水平放射性樣品的測(cè)量結(jié)果,利用低本底α/β測(cè)量?jī)x研究了串道現(xiàn)象對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果的影響及其影響程度。利用239Pu和90Sr-90 Y電鍍?cè)礈y(cè)定了α通道與β通道之間的串道因子,結(jié)果表明:α通道對(duì)β通道的串道現(xiàn)象明顯,在樣品測(cè)量時(shí)應(yīng)考慮扣除串道帶來(lái)的計(jì)數(shù);β通道對(duì)α通道的串道影響很小,但在β凈計(jì)數(shù)率足夠高時(shí),仍會(huì)對(duì)α的測(cè)量結(jié)果帶來(lái)明顯影響。樣品測(cè)量過(guò)程中,考慮到不同α核素導(dǎo)致的串道因子之間的差異,為避免單一核素刻度串道因子引入新的誤差,使用合適的遮擋物完全屏蔽樣品中的α射線(xiàn),可確保測(cè)量結(jié)果更加準(zhǔn)確。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the measurement results of low level radioactive samples more accurately, the effect of series channel phenomenon on the measurement results and the degree of influence were studied by the low background alpha / beta measuring instrument. The series channel factors between the alpha channel and the beta channel were measured by 239Pu and 90Sr-90 Y electroplating sources. The results show that the channel phenomenon of the alpha channel is obvious to the beta channel, and the sample is in the sample. In the measurement of the product, the counting of the series of channels should be taken into consideration; the effect of the beta channel on the sequence of the alpha channel is small, but when the beta net counting rate is high enough, it will still have a significant influence on the results of the alpha measurement. In the sample measurement, the difference between the series factors of different alpha nuclides is taken into account, and the new method is introduced to avoid the new series factor of the single nuclide scale. The accuracy of the measurement can be ensured by using the appropriate shielding to completely shield the alpha rays in the sample.
