HS-SPME-GC-MS分析新疆胡麻油揮發(fā)性成分的技術(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:采用頂空固相微萃取-氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜(headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,HS-SPME-GC-MS)聯(lián)用技術(shù)對(duì)新疆胡麻油揮發(fā)性成分測(cè)定分析進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以期獲得HS-SPME-GCMS分析胡麻油揮發(fā)性香氣的最佳條件。結(jié)果表明,采用DVB/CAR/PDMS萃取頭,在磁力攪拌條件下,胡麻油SPME最佳萃取條件為萃取溫度50℃、萃取時(shí)間40 min、解吸時(shí)間4 min,在該條件下采用HS-SPME-GC-MS鑒定出的胡麻油揮發(fā)性物質(zhì)達(dá)到46種,主要包括醛類、酮類、醇類、酸類、酯類、烷烴類、雜環(huán)類及其他類物質(zhì),其中醛類、雜環(huán)類和醇類總相對(duì)含量較高,分別為30.14%、12.73%和9.25%,分離鑒定效果較好。
[Abstract]:The determination of volatile components of flax oil in Xinjiang was optimized by headspace solid-phase microextraction (SPME) -gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) combined with headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometrymetric HS-SPME-GC-MS. in order to obtain the best conditions for the determination of volatile aroma of flax oil by HS-SPME-GCMS.
