非線性界面動力學影響下顆粒增長的界面穩(wěn)定性

【摘要】:研究了一個帶有非線性溫度依賴界面動力學的顆粒生長數(shù)學模型,分析顆粒界面的演化及其形態(tài)穩(wěn)定性.利用漸近展開方法,獲得顆粒生長的漸近解以及界面擾動的變化率.當界面動力學增加時,界面動力學過冷減小,顆粒增長速度也減小,非線性溫度依賴界面動力學使得顆粒界面生長傾向于穩(wěn)定.與忽略界面動力學的情形比較,非線性界面動力學顯著減弱了球顆粒的生長速度.
[Abstract]:A mathematical model of particle growth with nonlinear temperature-dependent interface dynamics is studied, and the evolution and morphological stability of particle interface are analyzed. By using the asymptotic expansion method, the asymptotic solution of particle growth and the rate of change of interfacial disturbance are obtained. When the interfacial dynamics increases, the interfacial dynamics undercooling decreases and the particle growth rate decreases. The nonlinear temperature-dependent interfacial dynamics makes the interfacial growth of particles tend to be stable. The nonlinear interfacial dynamics significantly decreases the growth rate of the spherical particles compared with the case of neglecting the interfacial dynamics.
