【摘要】：針對Cu~(2+),Co~(2+),Zn~(2+) 3種金屬離子混合溶液的紫外可見分光光度法(UV-Vis)光譜重疊而難以檢測的問題,提出了一種基于改進型Monte Carle無信息變量消除(MC-UVE)方法的多金屬離子濃度檢測方法。在MC-UVE的基礎上引入指數(shù)衰減函數(shù)(EDF),提出了一種改進的MC-UVE方法,并基于該方法對料液的紫外-可見光譜進行波長篩選;然后,利用篩選出的波長建立PLS模型并進行各組分濃度檢測計算;最后,分別對基于MC-UVE方法和改進型MC-UVE方法 PLS模型的計算結果進行對比分析。結果表明:改進型MC-UVE方法可篩選出對模型貢獻度高的變量,基于該變量選擇方法的PLS模型精度高。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the spectra of three metal ion mixed solutions are overlapped and difficult to be detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometry, a new method for detecting the concentration of polymetallic ions based on the improved Monte Carle without information variable elimination method is proposed in this paper. On the basis of MC-UVE, an improved MC-UVE method is proposed by introducing the exponential attenuation function (EDF). Based on this method, the UV-Vis spectrum of the liquid is screened at wavelength. The PLS model was established by using the selected wavelength and the concentration of each component was measured and calculated. Finally, the results of the PLS model based on the MC-UVE method and the modified MC-UVE method were compared and analyzed respectively. The results show that the improved MC-UVE method can screen out the variables with high contribution to the model, and the accuracy of the PLS model based on the variable selection method is high.
