過渡金屬鎳(鐵)磷化物的制備及其催化性能研究

【摘要】:過渡金屬磷化物材料應(yīng)用廣泛,在催化、磁學(xué)、陶瓷材料、光、和電子等領(lǐng)域均具有較好的發(fā)展。被普遍認(rèn)為是新型綠色催化劑的潛在材料。本論文采用一步熱解次磷酸鈉和過渡金屬鎳源的方法制備了廉價的磷化鎳,并研究了這些材料的形貌和物相結(jié)構(gòu)以及在電催化分解水、活化過一硫酸鹽降解有機(jī)染料、催化還原對硝基苯酚的性能。具體研究內(nèi)容如下:通過次磷酸鈉磷化鎳鐵草酸鹽,制備了不同鎳鐵比例的磷化物NixFe2-xP(x=2,1.5,1.0,0.5,0),研究了它們在堿性條件下的OER性能,電化學(xué)測試表明鎳鐵磷化物固溶體均表現(xiàn)出比單一的Ni_2P、Fe2P更好的電催化活性,其中Ni1.5Fe0.5P簇狀納米片的電催化活性最佳。電流密度為10 mA cm-2時,具有較低的過電位285 mV,和較小的塔菲爾斜率51.9 mV dec-1。計時電壓數(shù)據(jù)說明Ni1.5Fe0.5P具有較好的穩(wěn)定性。采用Ni_2P活化過一硫酸鹽(PMS)的方法降解染料MB,實驗表明Ni_2P/PMS體系比單一的Ni_2P或PMS有更高去除效果,證實Ni_2P確實能夠催化PMS。而且在一定范圍內(nèi),Ni_2P/PMS體系中無論增加Ni_2P或者PMS的用量都會促進(jìn)MB的降解。在30℃時,含量為150 mg L-1的Ni_2P/PMS能夠?qū)?00 mg L-1的MB在很短的時間內(nèi)將其降解完全。用甲醇和叔丁醇作自由基猝滅劑進(jìn)行猝滅實驗,結(jié)果證明體系中起氧化作用的活性成分主要是SO4· 。根據(jù)阿倫尼烏斯方程計算出Ni_2P/PMS體系活化能為37 kJ/mol,低于文獻(xiàn)報道值。循環(huán)實驗說明Ni_2P具有較穩(wěn)定的催化性能,回收利用率高。以次磷酸鈉為磷源,制備Ni_2P催化劑,用XRD,SEM,EDS,TEM,XPS對其物相結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌及組成進(jìn)行了表征,研究其在硼氫化鈉還原對硝基苯酚中的催化作用,結(jié)果表明,直徑在20~100 nm的Ni_2P納米顆粒具有非常好的催化性能,有一個較大的反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)1.0343 min-1,催化劑的循環(huán)實驗說明Ni_2P具有很好的重復(fù)使用穩(wěn)定性。又以同樣的實驗方法證明了Ni_2P對催化還原羅丹明B也有很好的催化效果及循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Transition metal phosphates are widely used in many fields, such as catalysis, magnetism, ceramics, light and electronics. It is widely considered as a potential material for new green catalysts. In this paper, cheap nickel phosphide was prepared by one step pyrolysis of sodium hypophosphite and transition metal nickel source. The morphology and phase structure of these materials were studied. Catalytic reduction of p-nitrophenol. The specific research contents are as follows: through sodium hypophosphate nickel ferronickel oxalate, the phosphates NixFe2-xPxPnxH2HX with different ratios of NixFe2-xPnxH2HX were prepared, and their OER properties under alkaline conditions were studied. The electrochemistry test showed that the nickel iron phosphate solid solution had better electrocatalytic activity than the single Ni _ S _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ 2P _ When the current density is 10 Ma cm-2, the overpotential is 285mV and the Taffel slope is 51.9 MV dec-1. The timing voltage data show that Ni1.5Fe0.5P has good stability. The dye MBs were degraded by Ni_2P activation. The experimental results show that the Ni_2P/PMS system has higher removal efficiency than the single Ni_2P or PMS system. It is proved that Ni_2P can catalyze PMSs. In addition, in a certain range of Ni2P / PMS systems, increasing the amount of Ni_2P or PMS can promote the degradation of MB. At 30 鈩,
