【摘要】：正本書(shū)以界面為主線,介紹了與氣/液、液/液、氣/固和液/固界面相關(guān)的基本原理和基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),并穿插介紹了與這些界面相關(guān)的部分分散體系,如泡沫、乳液、微乳液、溶膠等,并對(duì)表面活性分子在溶液中形成的膠束和囊泡分別進(jìn)行了介紹。我們還特別針對(duì)近年來(lái)研究較為活躍的分散體系,如納米乳液和Pickering乳液等的基本概念和進(jìn)展做了介紹;并對(duì)膠體與界面化學(xué)的基本原理在納米材料和超分子組裝方面的應(yīng)用做了階段性綜述。
[Abstract]:This book introduces the basic principles and basic knowledge related to gas / liquid, liquid / liquid, gas / solid and liquid / solid interfaces, and introduces the partial dispersion systems related to these interfaces, such as foam, emulsion, microemulsion. The micelles and vesicles formed by surface active molecules in solution were introduced respectively. We also introduce the basic concepts and progress of dispersion systems, such as nano-emulsion and Pickering emulsion, which are active in recent years. The basic principles of colloid and interfacial chemistry in nanomaterials and supramolecular assembly are reviewed in this paper.
