機(jī)油中痕量磨損金屬元素的間接燒蝕LIBS探測研究

【摘要】:機(jī)油在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中具有非常重要的作用。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),會(huì)使機(jī)油的成分和元素含量發(fā)生變化,導(dǎo)致機(jī)油變質(zhì),進(jìn)而加劇發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的磨損,探尋一種快速有效的機(jī)油性能檢測手段,則是防止發(fā)生事故的重要前提。間接燒蝕激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜技術(shù)(IA-LIBS)是針對機(jī)油樣品提出的一種全新檢測方法,其核心是基于金屬基底產(chǎn)生的高溫等離子體間接燒蝕樣品,在保持了LIBS基本特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提高了樣品檢測靈敏度和穩(wěn)定性。在前期研究基礎(chǔ)上,以機(jī)油中Mg、Fe和Ni為目標(biāo)元素,分析了不同類型機(jī)油中的基體效應(yīng)對其定量分析結(jié)果的影響,表明不同油種之間的基體效應(yīng)對目標(biāo)元素的定標(biāo)曲線影響甚小,可忽略;同時(shí)建立了目標(biāo)分析元素的綜合定標(biāo)曲線,擬合線性系數(shù)達(dá)到了0.99以上。通過對現(xiàn)場機(jī)油中添加的已知濃度的目標(biāo)元素的檢測,IA-LIBS分析結(jié)果與實(shí)際值吻合較好,準(zhǔn)確度均低于5%。該研究完善了IA-LIBS的方法研究,為以后評價(jià)機(jī)油的性能提供了依據(jù),對于診斷發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的磨損狀況具有重要的科學(xué)意義。
[Abstract]:Oil plays a very important role in the running of engine. The running of engine will change the composition and element content of engine oil, cause oil deterioration, and then aggravate the wear and tear of engine. It is an important prerequisite to prevent accidents by exploring a fast and effective testing method of oil performance. Indirect ablative laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (IA-Libs) is a new detection method for oil samples. Its core is the indirect ablation of samples based on high temperature plasma produced by metal substrates, which maintains the basic characteristics of LIBS. The sensitivity and stability of the sample are improved. On the basis of previous research, the effect of matrix effect in different types of oil on the quantitative analysis results was analyzed, taking MgPe Fe and Ni in oil as target elements. The results showed that the matrix effect between different oil types had little effect on the calibration curve of target elements. At the same time, the comprehensive calibration curve of the target analysis elements is established, and the fitting linear coefficient is above 0.99. The results of IA-LIBS analysis are in good agreement with the actual values, and the accuracy is lower than 5%. The research improves the method of IA-LIBS, and provides the basis for evaluating the performance of engine oil in the future. It is of great scientific significance to diagnose the wear condition of engine.
