一種熒光增強型三價金屬離子熒光探針的合成及性質

【摘要】:設計合成一種新型羅丹明類探針L,并研究了其光譜性質.實驗結果表明,L在甲醇/水[V∶V=8∶2,c(Tris)=10mmol/L,pH=7.2]體系中對三價金屬離子(Cr~(3+)、Fe~(3+)、Al~(3+))具有熒光增強性響應,很好的選擇性和較高的靈敏度,不受其它二價及一價金屬離子的影響,抗干擾能力強.探針L對Cr~(3+)、Fe~(3+)、Al~(3+)的紫熒光檢測限分別為2.1×10~(-4)、2.3×10~(-4)和4.4×10~(-4) mol/L,表明其在各種水體樣品中對三價金屬離子的檢測具有潛在的應用價值.
[Abstract]:A novel Rhodamine probe L was designed and synthesized and its spectral properties were studied. The experimental results show that in the system of methanol / water [V: 8: 2] Trisus (10 mmol / L), it has a fluorescence enhancement response to the trivalent metal ion (Crn ~ (3 +) C ~ (3 +), and it has good selectivity and high sensitivity, and is not affected by other bivalent and one-valent metal ions, and the results are as follows: (1) in the system of methanol / water (8: 2: 2: 2: 1: 1), there is no influence of other bivalent and monovalent metal ions. Strong anti-interference ability. The detection limits of the probe L for the detection of trivalent metal ions in various water samples were 2.1 脳 10 ~ (-4) and 4.4 脳 10 ~ (-4) mol 路L ~ (-1), respectively, indicating the potential application value of the probe to the detection of trivalent metal ions in all kinds of water samples. The results show that the fluorescence detection limits of the probes are 2.1 脳 10 ~ (-4) and 4.4 脳 10 ~ (-4) mol 路L ~ (-1), respectively.
