【摘要】:時間分辨熒光技術(shù)是一種較新的檢測技術(shù),在食品品質(zhì)檢測領(lǐng)域有諸多應(yīng)用。本文簡述了時間分辨熒光技術(shù)的基本原理及特點,指出該技術(shù)進行的是熒光發(fā)射的動態(tài)性測量,可以獲得熒光發(fā)射過程的細節(jié)信息。在此基礎(chǔ)上綜述了時間分辨熒光技術(shù)在食品品質(zhì)分析中的應(yīng)用,并提出其在食用植物油品質(zhì)分析中的應(yīng)用方案,最后展望了時間分辨熒光技術(shù)在食品品質(zhì)檢測領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) is a new detection technique and has many applications in the field of food quality detection. In this paper, the basic principle and characteristics of time-resolved fluorescence technique are briefly described. It is pointed out that the technique is a dynamic measurement of fluorescence emission, and the detailed information of the fluorescence emission process can be obtained. On this basis, the application of time-resolved fluorescence technique in food quality analysis was reviewed, and its application scheme in food vegetable oil quality analysis was put forward. Finally, the application prospect of time-resolved fluorescence technology in food quality detection was prospected.
