【摘要】：時間分辨熒光技術是一種較新的檢測技術,在食品品質(zhì)檢測領域有諸多應用。本文簡述了時間分辨熒光技術的基本原理及特點,指出該技術進行的是熒光發(fā)射的動態(tài)性測量,可以獲得熒光發(fā)射過程的細節(jié)信息。在此基礎上綜述了時間分辨熒光技術在食品品質(zhì)分析中的應用,并提出其在食用植物油品質(zhì)分析中的應用方案,最后展望了時間分辨熒光技術在食品品質(zhì)檢測領域的應用前景。
[Abstract]:Time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) is a new detection technique and has many applications in the field of food quality detection. In this paper, the basic principle and characteristics of time-resolved fluorescence technique are briefly described. It is pointed out that the technique is a dynamic measurement of fluorescence emission, and the detailed information of the fluorescence emission process can be obtained. On this basis, the application of time-resolved fluorescence technique in food quality analysis was reviewed, and its application scheme in food vegetable oil quality analysis was put forward. Finally, the application prospect of time-resolved fluorescence technology in food quality detection was prospected.
