化妝品中米諾地爾的毛細管區(qū)帶電泳測定法

【摘要】:目的建立化妝品中米諾地爾的毛細管區(qū)帶電泳(CZE)測定法。方法樣品經提取液(甲醇∶2 mmol/L磷酸二氫鈉+3 mmol/L磷酸體積比為1∶9)提取后離心,過0.45μm膜后上機。采用未涂敷熔融石英毛細管[75μm×30.2 cm(有效長度:20 cm)];分離緩沖液為20 mmol/L磷酸二氫鈉-30 mmol/L磷酸,pH 2.13;分離電壓為11 kV;檢測波長為278 nm;進樣壓力為0.5 psi;進樣時間為3 s。結果在1~160 mg/L的線性范圍內,所得米諾地爾的回歸方程為y=151.12x+73.363,r=0.999 95,呈良好的線性關系。該方法的檢出限為0.3 mg/L,定量下限為1.0 mg/L,平均回收率在93.4%~95.9%之間,RSD在3.3%~3.7%之間。結論該方法簡單、快速、準確,可用于化妝品中米諾地爾含量的檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) method for the determination of minoxidil in cosmetics. Methods the sample was extracted from the extract solution (methanol: 2 mmol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate 3 mmol/L phosphoric acid volume ratio 1: 9) and centrifuged. The uncoated fused quartz capillary [75 渭 m 脳 30.2 cm (effective length: 20 cm)] was used, the separation buffer was 20 mmol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate -30 mmol/L phosphate pH 2.13, the separation voltage was 11 KV, the detection wavelength was 278nm, the injection pressure was 0.5 psii and the injection time was 3 s. Results within the linear range of 1: 160 mg/L, the regression equation of minodil was YJ 151.12x 73.363C 0.999 95, showing a good linear relationship. The detection limit of this method is 0.3 mg / L, the limit of quantification is 1.0 mg / L, and the average recovery is between 93.44% and 95.9% (RSD = 3.3%). Conclusion the method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the determination of minoxidil in cosmetics.
