溶樣方法對不同陶瓷基材DPF中鉑和鈀測定的影響

【摘要】:柴油顆粒過濾器(DPF)的不同陶瓷基材酸法溶解效果有差異,影響樣品中鉑鈀含量測定。對比實驗表明,與標準酸溶法相較,堿熔法對不同陶瓷基材均有較好的溶解效果,但操作穩(wěn)定性較差。對鈦酸鋁基材樣品,用正交試驗法考察了多種酸溶試劑的影響,優(yōu)選出的酸溶試劑配比為采用8 mL鹽酸,4 mL硝酸,2 mL氫氟酸溶解0.25 g樣品,測定鉑、鈀的回收率為97.1%、98.7%,相對標準偏差分別為2.86%、1.50%,與標準酸溶法處理堇青石基材和碳化硅基材樣品所得結果相當。
[Abstract]:The acid dissolution effect of different ceramic substrates is different, which affects the determination of platinum and palladium in the samples. Compared with the standard acid dissolution method, the alkali melting method has better dissolution effect on different ceramic substrates, but the operation stability is poor. The effects of various acid solubilizing reagents on aluminum titanate substrate samples were investigated by orthogonal test. The optimum ratio of acid solubilizing reagents was 8 mL 4 mL nitrite 2 mL hydrofluoric acid dissolved 0.25 g sample, and platinum was determined. The recovery of palladium was 97.1% and 98.7%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.86% and 1.50% respectively. The results were similar to those of cordierite base material and silicon carbide substrate sample treated by standard acid solution method.
