鈦合金表面鐵氧化物膜層類Fenton催化劑制備及降解苯酚性能

【摘要】:采用微弧氧化法在硅酸鹽電解液體系中于鈦合金表面成功制備了鐵氧化物膜層類Fenton催化劑。采用SEM、XRD以及XPS對(duì)所得膜層的表面形貌、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)及物相組成進(jìn)行表征,發(fā)現(xiàn)膜層中含有金紅石相TiO_2(R-TiO_2),和非晶態(tài)的鐵氧化物Fe_3O_4;對(duì)膜層的表面形貌分析發(fā)現(xiàn)電解液中加入鐵氰化鉀后表面粗糙度及平均孔尺寸增大。以苯酚作為目標(biāo)降解物,研究了膜層類Fenton催化活性,同時(shí)研究了鐵源含量、苯酚濃度、H_2O_2投料量以及pH值對(duì)膜層降解苯酚效率的影響,優(yōu)化了降解條件,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)在pH 3.0、溫度30℃、H_2O_26.0 mmol·L~(-1)、苯酚35 mg·L~(-1)及鐵氰化鉀含量10 g·L~(-1)的條件下降解90 min,苯酚降解效率可達(dá)90%。通過對(duì)不同溫度下降解苯酚的反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)研究,利用阿倫尼烏斯方程得到了該膜層類Fenton降解苯酚的反應(yīng)活化能Ea為96.9 kJ·mol~(-1)。最后,評(píng)價(jià)了膜層的穩(wěn)定性并分析了穩(wěn)定性衰減的原因。
[Abstract]:Fe oxide film Fenton catalyst was successfully prepared on the surface of titanium alloy by microarc oxidation in silicate electrolyte system. The surface morphology, crystal structure and phase composition of the film were characterized by SEM and XPS. It is found that there are rutile phase tio _ 2o _ 2 and amorphous iron oxide Fe _ 3O _ 4 in the film layer, and the surface roughness and average pore size increase with the addition of potassium ferricyanide into the electrolyte. The catalytic activity of membrane Fenton was studied with phenol as the target degradation material. At the same time, the effects of the content of Tie Yuan, the amount of H _ 2O _ 2 and pH value on the degradation efficiency of the film were studied, and the degradation conditions were optimized.
