【摘要】：基于光子晶體異質(zhì)結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)高效的單向傳輸特性的光二極管是光電集成及全光通信領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn).根據(jù)光子晶體方向帶隙差異構(gòu)建了正交和非正交光子晶體異質(zhì)結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu),利用時(shí)域有限差分法計(jì)算透過譜及場分布圖.對比研究發(fā)現(xiàn),非正交光子晶體異質(zhì)結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)光的單向傳輸.通過界面結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,優(yōu)化了單向傳輸性能,構(gòu)造了一種能實(shí)現(xiàn)寬頻帶、高效率單向傳輸?shù)漠愘|(zhì)結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu).優(yōu)化后的光子晶體異質(zhì)結(jié)的單向傳輸效率高達(dá)54%,且結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、尺寸小,實(shí)用性強(qiáng).
[Abstract]:Photonic crystal heterojunction based photodiodes with high unidirectional transmission performance is a hot research topic in the field of optoelectronic integration and all-optical communication. The orthogonal and non-orthogonal photonic crystal heterostructures are constructed according to the directional bandgap difference of photonic crystals. The transmission spectrum and field distribution are calculated by using the finite-difference time-domain method (FDTD). It is found that the nonorthogonal photonic crystal heterostructure can realize the unidirectional transmission of light. By adjusting the interface structure, the unidirectional transmission performance is optimized, and a kind of heterojunction structure which can realize broadband and high efficiency unidirectional transmission is constructed. The unidirectional transmission efficiency of the optimized photonic crystal heterojunction is as high as 54. The structure is simple, the size is small, and the practicability is strong.
