粉煤灰制備鎂鋁層狀雙金屬氫氧化物的研究

【摘要】:為解決粉煤灰環(huán)境污染和低附加值利用的問題,采用硫酸作為酸浸介質(zhì)浸取粉煤灰中的Al2O3,共沉淀法合成Mg-Al層狀雙金屬氫氧化物.以XRD,IR和SEM對2組產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行表征分析.結(jié)果表明:粉煤灰在煅燒溫度900℃時活化,在浸取溫度為110℃,浸取時間為150min,助溶劑與樣品質(zhì)量比為2∶10,硫酸濃度為3mol/L,液固質(zhì)量比為15∶1時,粉煤灰中Al2O3浸取率為97.20%;共沉淀法制鎂鋁層狀雙金屬氫氧化物在Mg與Al物質(zhì)的量比為2∶1,pH值為10,反應(yīng)溫度為60℃時,得到層間距d(003)為0.781nm的層狀雙金屬氫氧化物,以粉煤灰作為鋁源可制備Mg-Al層狀雙金屬氫氧化物.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of environmental pollution and low added value utilization of fly ash, Al _ 2O _ 3 in fly ash was extracted by sulfuric acid as acid leaching medium, and Mg-Al layered bimetallic hydroxides were synthesized by co-precipitation method.
