不同接枝度的十八硫醇化聚氯乙烯梳狀聚合物的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能

【摘要】:通過(guò)親核取代反應(yīng),制備了一系列不同接枝率的十八硫醇(C_(18)H_(37)SH)接枝改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)(記作PVCS18).通過(guò)傅立葉變換紅外光譜(FTIR)、核磁共振氫譜(1H-NMR)、示差掃描量熱儀(DSC)、熱重分析(TG)和X射線(xiàn)衍射(XRD)對(duì)PVCS18的結(jié)構(gòu)、相變行為、熱穩(wěn)定性和熱能行為進(jìn)行了研究.結(jié)果表明,隨十八硫醇鈉(C_(18)H_(37)SNa)投料的增加,PVCS18接枝率增加,最高達(dá)到50.2%.PVCS18相轉(zhuǎn)變的出現(xiàn),主要是接枝的十八烷基鏈段貢獻(xiàn)的.隨接枝率由8.5%增加到50.2%,相轉(zhuǎn)變溫度由61.7℃升高到66.3℃,熱焓值由5.3 k J/mol提高到50.9 k J/mol,結(jié)晶碳原子數(shù)從1.4增加到13.8.主側(cè)鏈間連接鍵的極性和基團(tuán)大小明顯影響側(cè)鏈烷基的結(jié)晶能力及可結(jié)晶碳原子數(shù)目.PVCS18的熱穩(wěn)定性較PVC的沒(méi)有明顯熱損失行為出現(xiàn),該材料可在較高的溫度下加工使用.
