【摘要】：目的建立HPLC法同時測定養(yǎng)心定悸膠囊(炙甘草、桂枝、地黃等)中4種成分的含有量。方法養(yǎng)心定悸膠囊50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Diamonsil C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以0.1%甲酸-乙腈為流動相,梯度洗脫;體積流量1 m L/min;柱溫40℃;檢測波長265 nm。結(jié)果甘草苷、甘草酸、桂皮酸、桂皮醛分別在1.00~80.24μg/m L(r=0.999 0)、2.52~100.70μg/m L(r=0.999 7)、0.50~40.40μg/m L(r=1.000 0)、0.66~52.96μg/m L(r=1.000 0)范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,平均加樣回收率分別為97.74%、100.97%、101.48%、99.49%,RSD分別為0.45%、1.11%、1.27%、1.66%。結(jié)論該方法簡便準確,重復(fù)性好,可用于養(yǎng)心定悸膠囊的質(zhì)量控制。
