Ⅱ型糖尿病患者與健康男性血清中19種微量元素含量對(duì)比

【摘要】:微量元素代謝在糖尿病患者中可能發(fā)生了改變,這些元素在糖尿病發(fā)病機(jī)制和發(fā)展中起特定的作用。本工作研究了年齡區(qū)間50~60歲男性Ⅱ型糖尿病患者(95例)與健康人對(duì)照組(91例)的血清微量元素含量的差異。采用微波消解法對(duì)血清中19種微量元素進(jìn)行前處理,稀釋25倍,選擇電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法(ICP-MS)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。該方法的檢測(cè)限、精密度和重復(fù)性良好,符合血清微量元素的檢測(cè)要求。相比于對(duì)照組,糖尿病患者血清中錳、鈷、銅、鋇和鉛元素的含量相對(duì)較高,釩、鋅、砷、銻和鎢元素的含量相對(duì)較低,而鉻、鐵、鎳、硒、鉬、鎘、錫、汞和鉈元素的含量在糖尿病患者和健康對(duì)照組中無(wú)顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)果表明,與糖尿病密切相關(guān)的10種微量元素在年齡區(qū)間50~60歲男性糖尿病患者與健康人之間存在顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。該結(jié)論可為進(jìn)一步研究與微量元素缺乏或者過(guò)量相關(guān)的糖尿病發(fā)病機(jī)制和發(fā)展過(guò)程提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:Microelement metabolism may change in diabetic patients. These elements play a specific role in the pathogenesis and development of diabetes. In this work, we studied the difference in serum trace elements in the age range 50~60 years old male type 2 diabetes mellitus (95 cases) and the healthy control group (91 cases). The microwave digestion method was used to determine the serum level of 1. 9 kinds of trace elements were pretreated and diluted by 25 times and selected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The detection limit, precision and repeatability of this method were good, which met the requirements of the detection of serum trace elements. Compared with the control group, the content of manganese, cobalt, copper, barium and lead in the serum of diabetic patients was relatively high, vanadium, zinc, and arsenic, The content of antimony and tungsten elements was relatively low, while chromium, iron, nickel, selenium, molybdenum, cadmium, tin, mercury and thallium were not significantly different in diabetic patients and healthy controls. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the 10 trace elements closely related to diabetes in men with diabetes and healthy people in the age range of 50~60 years. Conclusion this conclusion can provide data support for further research on the pathogenesis and development of diabetes mellitus related to deficiency or excess of trace elements.
