多金屬氧酸鹽—石墨烯復(fù)合材料的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:多金屬氧酸鹽具有獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)和優(yōu)越的電、光、磁等物理和化學(xué)性質(zhì)以及潛在的應(yīng)用前景逐漸引起人們的關(guān)注。如果將多金屬氧酸鹽與石墨烯相結(jié)合那么所形成的新型材料即具有多金屬氧酸鹽的性質(zhì)也具有有石墨烯的性質(zhì),且二者相互影響。因此基于多金屬氧酸鹽與石墨烯形成的新型材料并適合各個(gè)領(lǐng)域需要是當(dāng)今材料科學(xué)研究的焦點(diǎn)所在。從目前的研究形勢(shì)來看,多金屬氧酸鹽與石墨烯形成的新型材料的研究總的來說仍然處于起步階段,多金屬氧酸鹽具有豐富的種類和多樣的功能性有望成為設(shè)計(jì)、制備、研究的最佳候選。大量的文獻(xiàn)表明,石墨烯與多酸化合物形成的新型材料,具有耐腐蝕等獨(dú)特物理、化學(xué)性質(zhì),因此對(duì)多酸-石墨烯材料進(jìn)行研究具有重要的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值和理論意義。目前,國內(nèi)外關(guān)于石墨烯與多酸化合物相互作用的研究很少,進(jìn)一步研究具有多功能性質(zhì)的多金屬氧酸鹽與石墨烯形成新型材料的制備是迫切必要的。本文以層接層法制得石墨烯/二氧化鈦/多酸復(fù)合薄膜,研究其光電性質(zhì),并與分別不引入二氧化鈦、多酸、石墨烯三種情況的薄膜進(jìn)行對(duì)比。又憑借無模板合成法,以多酸與石墨烯為原料,通過調(diào)節(jié)pH值制得石墨烯-多酸微米管,并研究了其物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Polyoxometalates with unique structure, excellent electrical, optical, magnetic and other physical and chemical properties, as well as potential applications of people's attention. If polyoxometalates are combined with graphene, the new materials have the properties of both polyoxometalates and graphene, and they interact with each other. Therefore, new materials based on polyoxometalates and graphene are the focus of material science research. According to the current research situation, the research on the new materials formed by polyoxometalates and graphene is still in its infancy, and the polyoxometalates are expected to be designed and prepared with rich variety and various functions. The best candidate for research. A large number of literatures show that the new materials formed by graphene and polyacid compounds have unique physical and chemical properties such as corrosion resistance. Therefore, the study of polyacid-graphene materials has important practical application value and theoretical significance. At present, there are few studies on the interaction between graphene and polyacid compounds at home and abroad. It is necessary to further study the preparation of new materials of polyoxometalates and graphene with multifunctional properties. The optoelectronic properties of graphene / titanium dioxide / polyacid composite thin films prepared by laminated layer method were studied and compared with those without titanium dioxide, polyacid and graphene respectively. The graphene polyacid micron tube was prepared by adjusting pH by using polyacid and graphene as raw materials, and its physical and chemical properties were studied.
