【摘要】:為了提高激光波長調(diào)制光譜法(WMS)測量氣體濃度的速度和準(zhǔn)確度,首次提出了一種通過對吸收光譜諧波信號的主峰進(jìn)行擬合的氣體濃度測量方法。在該方法中,只掃描吸收光譜諧波信號的主峰部分來獲得諧波信號(WMS-2f/1f)的峰值點(diǎn)。因?yàn)榭s減了吸收光譜的掃描范圍,所以掃描速度得到了提高。通過對吸收光譜諧波信號(WMS-2f/1f)的主峰部分進(jìn)行多項(xiàng)式擬合,進(jìn)一步提高了測量精度。詳細(xì)討論了多項(xiàng)式階數(shù)的確認(rèn)方法,以及擬合數(shù)據(jù)長度對測量結(jié)果的影響。通過測量不同情況下的二氧化碳濃度驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the speed and accuracy of measuring gas concentration by laser wavelength modulation spectroscopy (WMS), a method of measuring gas concentration by fitting the main peak of absorption spectrum harmonic signal is proposed for the first time. In this method, only the main peak part of the absorption spectrum harmonic signal is scanned to obtain the peak point of the harmonic signal (WMS-2f / 1 f). The scanning speed is improved because the scanning range of absorption spectrum is reduced. The measurement accuracy is further improved by polynomial fitting of the main peak of the absorption spectrum harmonic signal (WMS-2f / 1f). The confirmation method of polynomial order and the effect of fitting data length on the measurement results are discussed in detail. The effectiveness of the method is verified by measuring carbon dioxide concentration in different cases.
