【摘要】：目的建立新加香薷飲標準湯劑(簡稱湯劑)的HPLC指紋圖譜,為新加香薷顆粒(簡稱顆粒)的質(zhì)量控制提供鑒定方法。方法采用高效液相色譜法,色譜柱為Phenomenex Luna C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%H3PO4溶液為流動相進行梯度洗脫,檢測波長為280 nm,檢測時間為130 min。采用2012版《中藥色譜指紋圖譜相似度評價系統(tǒng)》軟件,以綠原酸峰為參照峰,建立湯劑對照指紋圖譜,并將其與5批顆粒的指紋圖譜進行相似度評價。結(jié)果 5批顆粒的指紋圖譜與新加香薷飲標準湯劑對照指紋圖譜的相似度均0.90。結(jié)論該方法簡單、穩(wěn)定、重復(fù)性好,可用于輔助控制顆粒的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective To establish a new HPLC fingerprint of Moslae Moslae decoction standard decoction ( abbreviated as decoction ) , and provide an identification method for the quality control of new Elsholtzia Moslae granules . The method adopts high performance liquid chromatography . The chromatographic column is used for gradient elution with acetonitrile - 0.1 % H3PO4 solution as mobile phase , the detection wavelength is 280 nm , and the detection time is 130 min . The fingerprint of 5 batches of particles is similar to that of the traditional Chinese traditional Chinese medicine decoction standard decoction reference fingerprint . The method is simple , stable and good in repeatability , and can be used to control the quality of particles .
