由4-甲基-1,2,3-噻二唑-5-甲酸構(gòu)筑的過渡金屬配合物的合成、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)及與DNA作用

【摘要】:以4-甲基-1,2,3-噻二唑-5-甲酸(C_4H_4N_2O_2S,HL)分別與硫酸鈷(CoSO_4·7H_2O)、氯化銅(CuCl_2·2H_2O)、硝酸銀(AgNO_3)反應合成了3個配合物[Co(L)_2(H_2O)_4]·2H_2O(1)、[CuNa(L)_3]_n(2)和[AgL]_n(3),用元素分析、紅外光譜、熱重分析進行表征,用單晶X射線衍射測定了產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)。配合物1屬于三斜晶系,空間群P1,Co~(2+)的配位數(shù)為6,形成一個略為拉長的CoN_2O_4八面體,與理想的正八面體非常接近。配合物2屬于三斜晶系,空間群P1。Cu~(2+)離子的配位數(shù)為4,構(gòu)成變形的平面四邊形結(jié)構(gòu),Na~+離子的配位數(shù)為6,構(gòu)成一個略微變形的八面體結(jié)構(gòu),最終形成三維網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)。配合物3屬于單斜晶系,空間群P21/c,銀離子為三配位,構(gòu)成變形的平面三角形構(gòu)型,具有二維網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)。用溴化乙錠熒光探針法測定了配體和配合物與DNA作用的熒光光譜。
[Abstract]:Three complexes [Co(L)_2(H_2O)_4] 2H _ 2O _ 1, [CuNa(L)_3] _ 2H _ 2O _ (2) and [AgL] _ n _ 3O _ 3 were synthesized by the reaction of C4H _ 4N _ 2O _ 2S _ 2S _ (hl) with Cobalt sulphate CoSO47H _ 2O, CuCl _ 2H _ 2O _ 3 and Agno _ 3, respectively. The products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA and X-ray diffraction. The coordination number of complex 1 is 6, which forms a slightly elongated CoN_2O_4 octahedron, which is very close to the ideal normal octahedron. The coordination number of the complex 2 belongs to the triclinic crystal system, the coordination number of the space group P1.Cu~(2) ion is 4, and the coordination number of the plane quadrilateral structure is 6, which forms a slightly deformed octahedron structure, and finally forms a three-dimensional network structure. Complex 3 belongs to monoclinic crystal system, space group P21 / c, silver ion is tri-coordinated, forming a plane triangular configuration with a two-dimensional network structure. The fluorescence spectra of ligands and complexes interacting with DNA were determined by ethidium bromide fluorescence probe method.
