GSH誘導(dǎo)的金納米棒自組裝及汞離子檢測(cè)

【摘要】:提出了一種基于金納米棒自組裝的促進(jìn)和抑制檢測(cè)汞離子的方法.在合適的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,當(dāng)金納米棒膠體溶液中加入還原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)時(shí),金納米棒因Au-S鍵的形成,通過氫鍵和靜電相互作用發(fā)生頭對(duì)頭(End to End)的自組裝.當(dāng)以上體系中加入汞離子時(shí),這種頭對(duì)頭的自組裝會(huì)被打破,金納米棒重新呈分散狀態(tài).這種方法的最低檢測(cè)限為1nmol/L,檢測(cè)范圍為1nmol/L-100μmol/L.該汞離子檢測(cè)方法特異性強(qiáng)、靈敏度高且檢測(cè)的濃度范圍比較大,有望廣泛用于水環(huán)境中汞離子的檢測(cè).
[Abstract]:A method to promote and suppress the detection of mercury ions based on self-assembly of gold nanorods was proposed. Under suitable experimental conditions, when the reduced glutathione glutathione (GSH) is added to the colloidal solution of gold nanorods, the gold nanorods are self-assembled by the formation of Au-S bonds and the end to end through hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction. When mercury ions are added to the system, the self-assembly of the head-to-head will be broken, and the gold nanorods will be dispersed again. The detection limit of this method is 1 nmol / L and the detection range is 1nmol/L-100 渭 mol / L. The method has the advantages of high specificity, high sensitivity and wide range of concentration, so it is expected to be widely used in the detection of mercury ions in water environment.
