大環(huán)多胺金屬配合物的超分子識(shí)別與檢測(cè)

【摘要】:金屬離子是分子組成物質(zhì)中的金屬元素,它與環(huán)境科學(xué)及生命科學(xué)等眾多學(xué)科存在密切聯(lián)系,于是文中提出設(shè)計(jì)一種大環(huán)多胺金屬配合物,利用熒光傳感超分子體系對(duì)金屬離子客體進(jìn)行識(shí)別與檢測(cè)。首先,由于大環(huán)多胺配體的成環(huán)氮原子具備強(qiáng)配位能力,利用Richman-Atkins環(huán)化合成法初步合成基礎(chǔ)中間化合物,通過(guò)控制反應(yīng)物的摩爾量獲得收率高的關(guān)鍵中間體,并與二價(jià)銅離子Cu(Ⅱ)通過(guò)合適的反應(yīng)溫度及反應(yīng)溶劑形成多功能大環(huán)多胺金屬配合物;其次,依據(jù)待分析配合物反應(yīng)部位的特殊性質(zhì),利用熒光傳感體系對(duì)金屬離子客體實(shí)現(xiàn)識(shí)別及檢測(cè)過(guò)程,將熒光團(tuán)作為發(fā)射熒光的功能基團(tuán),離子受體當(dāng)作金屬離子識(shí)別與檢測(cè)的接受團(tuán),通過(guò)光誘導(dǎo)電子轉(zhuǎn)移PET體系完成對(duì)超分子的識(shí)別過(guò)程。
